2008 - 2006: Department leader of the Developmental Mathematics Program and full time faculty member. Established portfolio of in-person and hybrid mathematics courses overseeing 400+ students per 16-week semester;  Supervised 10 part-time faculty members and eight student math lab assistants; Successful project leader for implementing innovative online math courses in hybrid model. Project manager for installing, training, and maintaining Smart Boards classrooms. Responsible for master course schedule for all algebra classes and staffed with instructors. Full time faculty member teaching full course-load of algebra courses. Also managed all GSPE (General Studies) program and created first for-credit yoga courses; College yoga instructor; Participation on faculty committees and college lead for service awards ceremony.

I created content for the online course module based on linear algebra.
