2015 - 2018 - Trained and certified to provide Health education specializing in Ayurvedic principles, I conducted consultations for Ayurvedic living and led workshops

2012 - 2018 -  I taught weekly Yoga & Ayurveda classes in the Eugene, Oregon area to include Core Star, Buddha Eye Temple, Saraha Nyingma, and outdoor classes in Hendricks Park

2010 - 2012 - I taught staff yoga classes and provided wellness newsletter articles in the Charles Town, West Virginia area to include American Public University System, JJ's Newsletter

2006 - 2008 - I taught weekly college-level yoga classes and community yoga classes in the Martinsburg, West Virginia area to include Blue Ridge CTC, Good Natured LLC, Opera House
